Leilani V. Torrado Barreto, born and raised in Hatillo, Puerto Rico, has a background in Psychology and Human Resources. She obtained a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of El Turabo in Gurabo, Puerto Rico; and an MBA in Human Resources from InterAmerican University of Puerto Rico. From her six years as a Human Resouces Manager, she gained an extraordinary knowledge in business administration, customer service and employee relations. Leilani is Townsend Allala, Coulter & Kludt's Supervising Paralegal/Senior Probate and Guardianship Paralegal.
