KATIE LYNN-TEPEZANO CALDERON

Katie Lynn-Tepezano Calderon is an Associate Attorney at Townsend Allala, Coulter & Kludt, PLLC whose practice focuses on Medicaid, Estate Planning, and Trusts. Mrs. Calderon earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Kansas School of Law with Pro Bono Honors and Certificate of Oral Advocacy. She was a Hispanic American Law Student Association member and a clinical intern at the University of Kansas School of Law Legal Aid Clinic. Mrs. Calderon has worked at the American Civil Liberties Union of Kansas and Las Americas Immigration Advocacy Center.   Mrs. Calderon was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. She earned her Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree in Criminal Justice, with a minor in Legal Reasoning, from the University of Texas at El Paso. Mrs. Calderon received the Outstanding Community & Civic Contribution in Criminal Justice Award and was a George A. McAlmon Chapter of the American Inns of Court Scholarship recipient. During her time at UTEP, she participated in the UTEP Law School Preparation Institute and interned with the El Paso County Attorney’s Office, El Paso Juvenile Detention Facility, and CASA El Paso.
